Fresh pumpkin can have a inconsistent and sometimes more watery texture. Did you whisk them fully to combine? You can definitely add almond or coconut flour and give them a more substantial texture. I have been tossing in chopped walnuts and eating them with coconut butter and maple syrup. Hope they turn out better for you!Whisked Awayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17732501289480716515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1033364524962568033.post-44950369211511063952016-09-15T08:39:22.911-07:002016-09-15T08:39:22.911-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Whisked Awayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17732501289480716515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1033364524962568033.post-82987609650146342242016-09-15T07:37:39.464-07:002016-09-15T07:37:39.464-07:00Ok, how did you make them without any flour/almond...Ok, how did you make them without any flour/almond flour/coconut flour? I tried, and they were like pumpkin eggs, lol. Once I added in almond flour, they were more like pancakes.
